Our themes for this year’s conference are creating an identity, building a reputation and branding.
Our keynote speaker is Simon Anholt who is an expert on creating a brand identity and building the reputation of nations, regions and cities – he will share his often controversial views on marketing.
Simon will be followed by two other brand evangelists who will talk about their own experience developing a brand from scratch.
After coffee you will be treated to four mini marketing case-studies from this region’s finalists at the CIM’s national Marketing Excellence Awards.
The morning will conclude with a Question Time session featuring Andrew Chalk, chair of the CIM East of England Region, as ‘David Dimbleby’ and our panel of expert speakers.
After lunch, Jon Holland will talk about the challenges of marketing the Norwich Cathedral brand.
The final hour-long session of the day is designed to help you develop your personal brand; how you can increase the power of your own profile and visibility for greater personal and business success.
You’ll find the full speaker line-up on the Programme page.
The conference also provides an opportunity for you to connect with fellow professionals from across the region and beyond to share experiences and ideas, as well as pick up over four hours of CPD.
